Internship project: Mantis Vision, AI seaweed health assessment

• Built Mantis Vision, a “Google Lens for seaweed” PWA: users photograph a specimen and get species, health status, and disease severity, with a Grad-CAM heatmap explaining each prediction.
• Designed a schema-driven multi-task model in PyTorch: a shared EfficientNet-B0 backbone (transfer learning) that auto-grows a classification, regression, or segmentation head per admin-defined measurement, so new diagnostics need no code changes.
• Built the MLOps loop: FastAPI inference service (Docker, Hugging Face Spaces), one-click retraining on GitHub Actions, ONNX export, and zero-downtime hot-swapping of promoted checkpoints.
• Shipped a role-gated admin dashboard (Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase Postgres/Auth/Storage/RLS) for image labelling, schema editing, and model metrics review.

Founder & Full-Stack Developer at EduBerry: School Management SaaS (2025-01 – Present)

• Built a white-label school management platform from scratch to replace paperwork and WhatsApp-driven coordination; live at Muthamil Public School for 7+ months, used by 80+ teachers and 1050+ students.
• Implemented role-based access for 7 user types (students, teachers, coordinators, principals, admins, drivers, and smartboard kiosks) using Supabase Auth and PostgreSQL row-level security.
• Shipped several modules, including task management, classroom LMS, exams with a grading queue and rank analytics, leave applications with approval chains, fee management, payroll management and announcements with push notifications.
• Built GPS/geofence-verified staff attendance with a live homeroom smartboard view, live bus GPS tracking with stop rosters, direct bank fee collection and salary payouts, and PDF certificates with a public verification page.
• Tech stack: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase (PostgreSQL, RLS, Auth), Vercel; each school gets a dedicated branded deployment.
• Business model: white-label SaaS at ₹19/member/month; running an active feedback loop with the pilot school ahead of commercial launch.

• Competed in Kaggle’s NFL Big Data Bowl 2026, a national-level sports analytics competition with hundreds of participants.
