Hi all,
i am arun and i have 8+ years experience in M&E at HDB, MOH and warehouse project. And i also have exp in Design and Drafting, tender estimation, quantity survey, VO, inspections, T&C, RA/MOS managements, etc
Lead, manage and plan installation activities in accordance with Master Schedule requirement
Inspect and supervise Contractors' works and tests to Approved Drawings and Specifications
Keep quality records of all works, monitor and report on work progress
To ensure that all mechanical & electrical works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements
Work closely with M&E PEs, relevant authorities and contractors..
Responsible for the consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works.
Implement quality assurance plan in a well-coordinated manner
Coordinate with Contractors, Authorities, Interfacing Contractors and the like on execution of works
Review the tender specifications for technical clarifications and subcontract provision.
Carry out project planning, technical assistance for site installation and documentation (RFI/RFA/RVO).
Analysis the Quotes and Arranging/engaging the Sub Cons with the Projects
Study the consultant design vs building spec provisions and assist for site installations.
Monitor the M&E site works to catch up master programme, liaise with consultants and subcontractors on technical matters and management of the projects.
Prepare underground CSD to determine the clashes detection and follow up with site installation and structural penetrations provisions.
Conduct quality checks and safety regulations are compiled to meet up in-house rules
Check and Analysis tender and AS-Built Diagrams (Elect including LV, Sub stations, Gen sets, Mech, Security, FAS, ELV, etc and other General Arrangement diagram Using AUTOCAD & BIM
Co-ordinate with Other contractors for BIM
Review & Submit Materials to consultants for Approval, ERSS submission to BCA, Corenet, TFCC, FSDD, Green Mark Submissions, etc
Liaise with client/contractor/sub-contractors on project related matters to ensure to smooth execution of site work.
Liaise with suppliers and sub-subcontractors for arrangement of materials, equipment, tools and other work activities
Ensure the installation works are done according to approved shop drawings, method statements, Project Quality Plan, Project Specifications and relevant standards
Assist Site / Project Manager in handling and monitoring the project progress
Ensure that only current version of documents (contract specifications, electrical and mechanical drawings, materials submission, method statement and risk assessment) are accessible at the point of use
Attend regular HDB HQ /site meetings with Consultants/contractors/sub-contractors on project related matters
Prepare and submit site progress report and necessary project documents which may include progress claim, variation order, method statement, risk assessment and inspection request
Conduct site survey, update and advise the site status, Assist in validation (certification) of subcontractor progress claim
Draw & Analysis Shop and AS-Built Diagrams, Single Line / Schematics Diagram, Power / Lighting / Lightning protection system, CCTV / Card Access / PWD Security System, ACMV, MV, Fire alarm, EVC (PA, POS, BT, FTP, TV, etc , and other General Arrangement diagram Using AUTOCAD, REVIT & PRO-E
Prepare and Submit the Documentations, Closure Reports, Zone Charts, Hand Over Documents, testing documents, COC, CS/3, SOTO, OMM/Cut Sheets, etc....
Estimation / calculation using SOR Rates and Prepare the VO (variation order) & AO Works, Budget Calculations, Etc .
Apply for the Meter Installation and Termination From SP Group
Arrange Meetings and Follow up (PLG, DLP, BIT, Etc).
Follow up timely HDB’S TM testing clearance to meet up BIT inspection and unit lock up and PLG and BO inspection’s.
Liaise with Town Council for TMS system online link up of monitoring panels and system handing over (Lift, domestic and transfer pump panels etc.)
Assist to arrange with town council for system briefing
Participate in all testing & commissioning (Electrical, sprinklers, ACMV, Gas, Units testing & etc, with sub-contractors/main –
contractor & consultant
Submit and Report Day by day works & ANA works to PM/RTO
Interact with Consultants for HDB Requirement and Updates for every week
Generation of BOQ (bill of quantities) & MOS (Method of statements) for all M&E works.
Measure LUX Levels, Water Treatment testing, Mega, and all T&C in sites follow by HDB & SP Requirements & Supervising on electrical erection work at site & Commissioning on MCC,VFD Panel at Site.
