I decided to be part of the marine industry due to my love for ships from a young age. Since I was just a small girl, I loved looking at ships each time my family went to the beach and I got curious at how they operate. Being a very sporty and hands on learner, I decided much recently that marine engineering was the best course for me.

As the only person in my family pursuing a career in this industry, I believe I am determined enough to go further and learn new things to make my family proud. I adapt well to new environments and am able to communicate well with people from all walks of life.
