Passionate about physical and mental well-being, I am a dedicated teaching assistant with a BSc in Clinical Psychology. My interests span across weight training, trekking, cooking, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in psychology research. In my thesis, I explored the intriguing relationship between romantic attachment patterns and depression/anxiety levels in Singaporean adults.

With a strong foundation in psychology and a commitment to helping others, I strive to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs

WWA (Special Education School), Singapore - Teaching Assistant | April 2021 - Current I support teachers in guiding and supervising students, assist with lesson preparation and delivery, contribute to case conference reports and discussions, manage students' behavior using appropriate techniques, and assist in conducting hydrotherapy or swimming lessons.

Dyna-Mac Engineering Services P/L, Singapore - Paramedic cum Safety Coordinator | June 2017 - Feb 2021 As an in-house paramedic, I provided medical coverage and acted as the first responder during emergencies at Singapore-based assets and work sites. I administered simple dressings, monitored injured workers, handled insurance claims and administrative tasks, investigated and reported accidents or incidents, and conducted safety-related training and induction programs.
