Job responsibilities,
v Maintenance and calibration of field instrument pressure, flow, level and temperature (thermocouple & RTD) transmitters.
v Having knowledge of maintenance & calibration.
v Calibration Assembling and dismantling of control valve, positioner, actuators and different types of valves such as control valve, Solenoid valves smart positioner v Beside over jobs, following functions are also carried out to achieve our goals (reduce down time and maximum production).
v Having knowledge in hooking up field instruments to DCS and PLCs and also in loop checking.
v Instrumentation Preventive Maintenance of Propylene Oxide, Propylene Glycols and Polyols plant, Solvent recovery (multi-purpose distillation unit, continuous and patch distillation columns), Tank form & Bullets areas, WTP & ETP.
v Carrying out installation, troubleshooting & calibration of final control elements and their accessories in compliance to hook-up & loop drawings v Conducting installation, troubleshooting and calibrations of the following:
· Ambient analyzers, stack analyzers (sick, ion science, make)
· Various types of Flow, Pressure and Level Transmitters (Rosemount, SMART Honeywell, Yokogawa, etc. Make)
· Conductivity & PH meters (Rosemount & Yokogawa)
· Temperature Sensors and transmitters
· Control valve servicing & testing (MAKE: I/L, R.K, MIL, FISHER)
v Performing the Simulation Test (loop check) for ascertaining proper functioning of entire instrument in a loop v Offering instrumentation and control service to Operations & Maintenance Team v Functioning as the In-charge for handling all types of instruments in plant maintenance & utility areas
