● Configuring and Customizing MS Dynamics CRM with tasks such as: Adding/Modifying Entities, Views, Charts, Dashboards, Processes & Form Scripting
● Worked with developing and deploying SSRS reports
● Ability to identify the need for and design workflow assembly, web resources and .Net plug-ins and deployment
● Handling the clients and end user training. Reviewing user manuals and test cases prepared by the team
