- Conducted functional behavioural analyses and trauma-informed therapy sessions for foster children, youth, and their caregivers, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Liaised with and provided psychoeducation to various stakeholders, including caseworkers and school professionals.
- Took the lead on administrative tasks (e.g., reporting to funders) and the production of collaterals (e.g., videos) to support day-to-day operations and the organization's goal of being a centre for excellence in trauma-informed care.
- Conducted and helped design an outcome evaluation research project (mixed methods) to determine the value of therapeutic services provided by the team.

- Supported research projects by compiling literature and conducting semi-structured phone interviews to understand the lived experiences of ComCare beneficiaries.
