Unemployed – Trading NFTs full-time Sep 2021 – Present

• Day-trading NFTs (non-fungible tokens) and learning all about web 3.0 culture.
• Became an advisor to a photography NFT project “Around The World NFT”.
• Unofficial project collaboration manager for Mad Meerkat NFT, and in the process, helped grow their twitter following by more than 15,000 followers.
• Created a private discord community to help educate people who are new to the NFT space.

• Responsible for leading a 50+-person operations department.
• Responsible for the recruitment and development of all operations staff.
• Implemented SOPs to improve safety, efficiency and quality control.
• Set KPIs with different teams to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
• Worked closely with the commercial department to secure new projects and ensure that client demands are met.
• Engage with potential and existing clients during their depot visit.
• Responsible for the relocation of the second depot, which involved the layout planning of the new site, and transferring of inventory within the scheduled time.
