Worked predominantly with the Marketing & Finance Teams to increase in-house content, whilst revamping the POEMS Technical Analysis community. Helped strategize and set up the daily automation of content, whilst analysing various data metrics which led to exponential organic growth. Used A/B testing to help further growth and optimize product reach.

• Led data-driven analysis on various POEMS communities, resulting in a 140% increase in unique user views, engagements and actions.
• Collaborated with analysts to strategize and edit Technical Analysis research, leading to a 300% increase in published content.
• Supported back-end infrastructure and co-led the most-followed POEMS community on Telegram, growing it to 3400 subscribers organically in 5 months.

Seedly, Nov 2019 – Jun 2020

Led the Community Team in collaborating with external companies looking to advertise financial products to the Seedly community. Analysed performance trends and data to make decisions on better engaging the Seedly community through various online and offline events, and provided recommendations to partners on product feedback and functionality.

• Led a team of 5 in planning, marketing and executing 20+ campaigns and events over 6 months, in collaboration with partners such as Klook, Endowus and TenX.
• Negotiated and secured sponsorships from external vendors worth over $10,000 for the 2020 Seedly Personal Finance Festival (2500 attendees).
• Developed algorithmic data-driven methods to increase user engagement by 20% across multiple platforms.
