Graduated with a Bachelor in Food Technology with Honours from Singapore Institute of Technology.
Obtained a thorough understanding of food science, engineering and business, as well as being able to utilize those fundamentals and skills in real-world applications and industrial simulations. Underwent 3 Product Development Projects and 4 Food Manufacturing Projects.
Developed a plant based ”squid” snack which won the first runner up prize in MapleTree Innovation challenge 2023 and was awarded best overall project during SIT Project Exhibition 2023
