-Discuss with customers on packaging design, confirmation of the order, issuance of the purchase order, and coordination with the production and delivery team to ensure prompt delivery up to customer satisfaction.
-Attend to all customer requests, comments, and complaints, follow up, and updating of customer payments. , including handling the two said company directors' daily chores.
