I am a keen-to-learn, hardworking, and enthusiastic fresh graduate from republic polytechnic biotechnology specializing in Food and argo track.
As a Food R&D Intern at Wilmar International from March 2022 to July 2022, I assisted in conducting experiment trials using the UHT machine. I also conducted shelf-life analysis and monitored the shelf-life of food products. Additionally, I performed 3M aerobic count plate tests on food products and conducted sensory evaluations. Another responsibility I had was weighing ingredients for both experimental and production trials.
