These helped to achieve more effective vessel operations and in turn higher operational cost savings 2) Collaboration with other carriers or consortium to ensure that joint service agreements were adhered to and well maintained, for Oceania, and Intra Asia trade services.
3) Provide accurate analysis for deploying right capacity sized vessels for the network, thereby averting wastage, and contained costs 4) Negotiation with partners on operational and reconciled settlement issues on day-to-day basis and maintain good partnership relationship.
