I do game modification as a hobby, and 1 of these includes an old 4X strategy game called Master of Magic(1995). It is not visually spectacular but is primarily heavy on Stats and Game Attributes, which involve race attribute/Unit Attributes/Spells/Heroes rebalancing/rework.
This is a long term project which I intend to spend years doing as it gives me great pleasure. The fact that they remade and updated the game even in modern times (You can google/steam search Master of Magic) is a testament to its longevity.
I have experience in Programming with C++ and C# and have worked in the Unity Game Engine before, although I am a bit rusty now.
But I have the ability to pick up new scripting languages easily as those are needed for my Game Modification Hobbies which often require a new scripting language of their own.
