I am Chen Min, currently studying Year 3 Business - Specialising in Human Resources, in Nanyang Technological University (NTU). I am excited to hear that Henkel is looking for candidates that are interested in the field of HR. I have a strong passion to pursue HR, as demonstrated in my academic courses and during my working experience.

I also had HR Internship experience with PKF-CAP-LLP where I supported my HR manager in the daily operations of HR such as employee onboarding and interview scheduling. I also kick-started the review of the Employee Handbook.
Over the years, I have been building my leadership capabilities. Being the President of NTU Chinese Orchestra has definitely taught me how to be an inspiring leader. I would like to take the opportunity to further hone my leadership and professional skills through management and development courses. I enjoy working with others towards a common goal and I am confident that my academic background and past experiences will allow me to do well in your company.
