I'm a problem-solving and detail-oriented product designer and strategist with 5+ years of leading, planning, and implementing digital products in agile teams. I am passionate about driving innovation and creating relevant and value-driving experiences for both businesses and users.

I strongly believe that decisions should always be supported by data and logic in order to make things work and my favorite part of creating products is working together with stakeholders, product and client teams to understand problems that people face in order to craft delightful and meaningful experiences.

I have a total of 5+ years of work experience in the consulting, financial and technology industries. I have also been a freelancer on an ad-hoc basis since I was a student.

As a Senior Consultant in PwC South East Asia Consulting:

• Gathered requirements, designed, and implemented product strategies for clients in the supply chain and banking industry in Singapore & Malaysia.
• Collaborated with cross-functional client teams in business, engineering, QA, and product management to ensure deliverables meet client needs and business goals.
• Analysed user usage data, surveys, and workflows to inform feature prioritization, personas, and journeys.
• Crafted and managed proposals for tender bids in the education and factory intelligence industries, including project planning, requirements, scope, timeline, and budgeting.
• Facilitated remote workshops with clients, managed stakeholder expectations, and conducted extensive market research in various industries.

As a Product Designer in the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS):

• Delivered end-to-end product design for a fully functional document submission system with a cross-functional agile team.

• Established design principles, documentation, and maintenance for the MAS Design System.
• Championed design thinking corporate culture by developing training materials and conducting design thinking workshops.
• Designed compelling storytelling visuals in internal communications materials distributed organization wide.

As an UX Engineer Intern in the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech):

• Executed end-to-end design and software engineering for a SSO project using responsive HTML/CSS/Angular code.
• Developed a Vue.js application utilized by senior team members to test and visualise endpoints for AWS API calls.
• Conducted usability studies and evaluated user requirements to conduct usability testing for the Singapore Government Developer Portal.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science with an Elective Focus in Data Science & Analytics from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) on Mar 2020.

I also hold a Diploma in Business Information Technology and Diploma Plus in Quantitative Methods & Economics from Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) since May 2016.
