Managing deployment and ensuring the sufficient manpower strength for the sites I am managing, settling officer salary discrepancies and including any other necessary work disputes at site, using problem solving and critical thinking skills during client’s meeting to identify, assess and address the main issues or concerns which are raised by the respective client, build good rapport with each and every of my individual officers such as going for site visit to know more about their daily job scope basis and assisting in the operations. Buy coffee, lunch and snacks sometimes to ensure my officers welfare is taken care of, this keeps them motivated to work harder for company and also knowing their superiors are not neglecting them. If my sites have too much manpower shortfall, stand in is required to minimize the LD( liquidated damage), and also need to beef up my manpower strength by posting advertisement into security group chat, submit monthly report to clients such as calculating the respective LD amount in terms of shortfall for manpower strength, clocking routes and do a thorough check to finalize the correct quantity.
