• Conducted market research and collated potential farm areas for Olam's new CEA farms, the company was able to scope down to 3 specific farming areas.
• Facilitated Olam to understand market conditions and competitors better in order to gain an advantage in market, narrowed fresh produce selections from 6 to 2 produces to focus on.
• Performed price analysis on multiple countries and retailers in order to grasp overseas market prices for fresh produce, allowing Olam to set profitable yet affordable pricing for CEA products.
