Experienced facade designer and a former architect with a proven track record of more than 8 years of working experience in coordinating with various stakeholders in the industry. Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation abilities deliver exceptional results on projects of all sizes. Holds a Master's degree in Architecture and aims for a sustainable and successful long-term career.
•Review and interpret architectural, structural, and other related drawings.
•Prepare concept drawings and full shop drawings by following conceptual design from architects.
•Update and revise shop drawings according to comments from consultants, architects and clients. •Prepare a comment-reply sheet for revised shop drawings.
•Assist in communicating with site items related to design scope and prepare RFI.
•Assist to do as-built drawings.
•Prepare the cutting list for louvers, doors, windows, brackets, curtain walls, gate and cladding panels. •Prepare take-off and glass orders, MTO for aluminum, steel, hardware, and accessories.
•Coordinate with the Production team for clarification related to the cutting list.
•Coordinate with the project team to meet the design submission schedule.
