I am currently a research assistant at Total Wellness Initiative Singapore, where I conduct in-depth research and provide write-ups on wellness-related topics to develop original content. Previously, I worked as a clinical intern at Bofill Psychological Services Inc. Here, I performed psychological assessment and produced reports, conceptualized counseling activities and treatment plans, and created informational articles and videos on mental health awareness.
I am taking a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. As of this semester, my current GPA is 3.75/4 (Magna Cum Laude standing). Our current thesis study is entitled “Coping Strategies of Filipino Undergraduate Students During the 2020 Community Quarantine: A Contextual Application of PERMA-H".
