• Developed comprehensive technical solution for diverse PV projects (ground-mounted, Commercial & Industrial, floating, hybrid systems), encompassing basic designs, SLD concepts, electrical specifications, equipment selection, and detailed cost analyses. 
• Organised detailed Bill of Materials of the entire system and onshore EPC/ balance of system scope and RFQ preparation and led the bidding process towards the subcontractors.
• Led strategic contract negotiations and quality control initiatives with local contractors, while managing cross-functional teams and installation procedures from project initiation to completion.

• Assigned to IBC Solar EPC K.K. (Japan) as International Project Manager between February 2017 and April 2019 and led project lifecycle management from RTB to COD, ensuring successful delivery within schedule and budget constraints.
• Commissioned three utility-scale solar projects in Japan, including Muranuki, Ibaraki (914.76 kWp), Hiratsuka, Ibaraki (914.76 kWp) and Akama, Tochigi (937.75 kWp).

• Conducted site visits and supported project developer to assess and identify viable projects and collaborated with local consultants, grid operators, utilities, and related companies to understand local site conditions.
• Created optimised PV site layouts, SLDs and PVsyst simulations with consideration of actual site conditions and available technologies.
• Steered the RFQ process, including tender document preparation, sourcing and procurement for large-scale Solar PV projects (above 50 MWp) in Southeast Asia (Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia).

• Secured placement in Singapore Economic Development Board's distinguished STRAT Programme through competitive selection, completing specialist solar integration training at Phoenix Solar headquarters (Germany) over 18 months.
• Installed solar power plants in Germany, India, Malaysia, Singapore.
