Creative director with 10+ years' experience, including founding Lightscaper in 2019, a thinking-first brand and content agency in Singapore. I build brands from scratch and turn complex, hard-to-explain or taboo subjects into content that sells. Skilled at turning brief concepts into actionable plans and leading clients, crews and creators across APAC's healthcare, hospitality, fashion and corporate sectors.

• Built brands from scratch and led campaigns across healthcare, fitness, hospitality, retail and corporate clients in APAC, driving brand awareness and audience engagement through strategy-first content.
• Defined agency positioning and creative philosophy. Concept development before execution, brand development over trend-chasing. Ensuring consistent art direction across all client work.
• Scaled operations to eight concurrent retainer clients, managing a team of 6 including a full-time editor, account handler, and freelance photographers and editors.
• Led end-to-end creative direction and art direction, from concept development through on-set directing, editing and photography, while managing client relationships.
• Worked directly with client-side sales, partnerships, legal and finance to align scope, approvals and sign-off.
• Applied test-and-learn methodology to optimise hooks, format and captions, improving audience engagement metrics (watch-through, saves, shares); mentored junior creatives and documented repeatable frameworks.
• Clients include Meta, Group-IB, Dementia Singapore, Healis Autism, DP Dental, and Mr Bean.

Creative Director and Producer at E-motions Productions (2017-01 – 2019-12)

• Co-led creative direction and production for TVC, digital media and social advertising campaigns across FMCG, corporate and event clients for one of Singapore's leading PR agencies.
• Managed client and agency stakeholders through concept development, scriptwriting, storyboards and approvals; assembled and briefed production crews; directed on set.
• Clients included TAG Heuer, Cold Storage, Popular Bookstore, Dementia Singapore and Haulotte.

Creator at Vinonino (Present)

• Built wine education channel from zero across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, owning concept development, format design, scripting, editorial workflow and audience engagement analysis.
