I have extensive experience in CRM, having worked as a CRM Associate at Circles.Life and a Regional CRM Intern at ShopBack. At Circles.Life, I was responsible for devising effective communication strategies that led to a significant increase in open and click-through rates, as well as creating communication journeys for product launches and campaigns that resulted in a boost in revenue per user. At ShopBack, I handled CRM communications for multiple countries, performed regular campaign analyses to provide data-driven insights, and planned and executed tactical campaigns that achieved a significant increase in traffic. Overall, I am highly skilled in developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that improve engagement rates and drive business success.
I completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of London - Singapore Institute of Management from August 2017 to May 2021. Relevant coursework included Management and Innovation of e-Business, Managerial Economics, Management Accounting, Management Science Methods, Financial Management, and Statistics. Prior to that, I obtained a Diploma in Business Applications from Republic Polytechnic in Singapore from April 2014 to March 2017. Relevant coursework included Marketing, Enterprise Solutions for Business, Cognitive Processes and Problem Solving, Effective Communication, and Database System.
