Experience
Provide end-to-end IT support and infrastructure maintenance for a user base of over 300 employees across multiple locations, ensuring system reliability and optimal performance.
Assisting in key infrastructure projects, including a Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration and a domain segregation initiative, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Provide troubleshooting and support for Exchange, file/application servers, and network services, escalating complex issues to the infrastructure team when required.
Serve as the initial escalation point for server or core network incidents in data centers, monitoring issues and engaging infrastructure teams to minimize downtime.
Manage procurement processes for IT equipment and software, coordinating vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Act as the point of escalation for complex technical issues, delivering Tier 2/3 support and collaborating with regional/global IT teams to deploy solutions.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring business continuity and system resilience.
Track and analyze IT service delivery metrics to continuously improve response times, reduce incidents, and boost user satisfaction.
Deliver high-priority IT support to executive leadership and VVIP users, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring seamless technology experience during critical operations and meetings.
Maintain IT asset inventory, perform regular hardware upkeep, and manage device refresh cycles based on warranty or end-of-life status.
