• Curriculum development - Review and ensure teaching quality, mentor teachers. Participate in formal/ informal sharing (e.g. workshop, collaborative meetings and discussions). 
• Administrative Duties – Manage teachers’ roster, plan open house, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Staff Development – Plan training sessions, coordinate and support initiatives for educators with children who need extra support, provide practical support and mentorship to teachers and facilitate their integration into the workplace, and build a positive work culture
• Operational Oversight – Ensure smooth daily operations, safety protocols, and facility management.
