Currently studying in NTU Chemistry with a 2nd major in Food Science and Technology. Am passionate to learn from and gain practical experience, am also eager to apply the knowledge and skills I have gained through my academic studies and hands-on experiences.

I am confident that my passion for food science, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will make me a valuable addition to any team.

Engineering and Maintenance Internship May 2022 – August 2022

• Learnt the basics of AutoCAD and PFD and P&ID drawings as well as how to edit and apply that knowledge on the actual site

• Assisted the engineers to verify and record the conditions of the various plant equipment on the site (e.g. motors,

pumps, hoses, etc.)

• Coordinate with various departments and contractors to ensure a safe and productive working environment

Production Internship June 2022 – August 2022

• Learnt the processes and mechanisms of the production plant as well as its daily operations

• Performed various chemical experiments to determine the highest quality of product to be made

• Carried out Quality Control tests such as HPLC and GC to ensure that the quality of the product is up to industry standards

• Edited videos for the Standard Operating Procedures of the company

• Planned and consolidated the Standard Operating Procedures of the production site in various software such as excel
