Understanding of Destructive/ Non-Destructive testing techniques and how they are applied to Metal bars/plate/tube or 3D printed components.
Review material's testing certificates for their compliance in accordance with customer's specification, standards and other requirements.
Provide advice/solution to customer's enquiries during order stage (order acknowledge/confirmation/quotation by vendor) & after sales.
Liaise with company’s material supplier to fulfill customer’s technical specification for their product.
Identify any additional testing requirements to fulfill any standards/specification from vendor/supplier.
Graduate from Loughborough University with a master’s degree in Materials Science and Technology. This course has equipped me with knowledge on Plastics Processing Technology, Advanced Characterization Techniques, Design with Engineering Materials, Surface Engineering, Ceramics and Metals: Processing and Properties, Materials Modelling and Sustainable Use of Materials, which can be a useful resource in the materials industry. Competent in literature reviews and writings. MSc Project specializes in the compatibilization of recycled mixed immiscible polymers with various compatibilizer in the industry. Assessment of the compatibilizers compatibility was made to determine the most cost-effective ones after exercising scrutiny of each result and analyzing published data to ensure credibility.
