I am a Singapore Permanent Resident that has been in Singapore for 6 years. I have a wife and 2 children who love to make the most of all the amazing opportunities and travel opportunities Singapore has to offer.

Transformation leader with extensive experience driving large-scale change across banking and financial services in Asia and Europe. At UOB, I head Group Retail Servicing Transformation, where I oversee change across branches, contact centres, and product lines. Previously, I led UOB Vietnam’s $170M Citi integration, aligning C-suite stakeholders and delivering complex multi-market execution. My career has also spanned senior leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group and regional technology leadership across ASEAN and the UK, where I managed trade finance and lending transformations. I bring a strong mix of governance expertise, strategic vision, and disciplined delivery, and I thrive on creating customer-centric solutions that balance innovation with operational excellence.

I hold a degree from the University of Bath and have continuously invested in professional development, including earning my CSPO certification. My academic foundation, combined with ongoing upskilling, underpins my ability to lead complex transformation programmes with both strategic vision and agile execution.
