As a Banking & Financial Services graduate from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I realised the key to upwards social mobility for lower-income family backgrounds like mine is through careful financial management and investments. I was also intrigued by the intricacies of asset securitisation and real estate investments after my studies on the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. Currently, I try to bring my interests together, connecting the intangible with the tangible, pursuing my undergraduate studies, specialising in Real Estate Finance and a second major in Management, at NUS Business School.
Working on Corporate Actions in SGX, I developed a deep understanding of exchange operations. In public markets, I am familiar with the timelines of different corporate actions such as M&A; in private markets, my experience allows me to assist in listing and other corporate actions.
