1 year of total aviation experience with a low cost carrier airline and a local ground handling company. In both careers i managed to oversee and understand ramp operations, passenger operations and safety management of aviation. Currently i supervise widebody flights by Singapore Airlines and supervise the entire below wings activity which includes inspection of the cargos and loading activity.

This makes me a person who is attentive to details, very organised, punctual and vocal to ensure aircraft dispatches timely

• Function as the Ramp Coordinator (RCO) & Safety and Security Compliance
• Ensure Apron team able conduct tasking safely and efficiently
• conduct inspection on proper refuelling operations
• Conduct checks on cargo and baggage container to ensure proper build up and identify any damage that may damage the aircraft
• Conduct inspection in the cargo hold during loading to ensure Ramp crew abide to SOP
• Coordinate communication with Pilot-in-Command, SATS operation control, Load Control, Aircraft Interior Cleaning, Ramp, Baggage and also Singapore Airlines Engineering Company
• Conduct incident reports on personnel that do not comply to safety and security standards
