He was previously Lead Consultant and Director of Learning & Digital Solutions at a specialist consulting firm, where he led workforce development strategy and drove strategic engagements with clients including Twitter (Asia Pacific), Hyundai Motor Group, Don Don Donki and TOUCH Community Services.
With over two decades of corporate experience, Darren has held leadership roles at major organisations including Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC), and has served on the board of the Singapore Institute of Building Limited (SIBL).
He regularly shares his expertise on organisational learning and workforce development at industry events hosted by local and international institutions.
