The role involves supporting the Research and Development (R&D) department in a seasoning company. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and application of new seasonings, conducting sensory and visual checks on finished products and raw materials, sourcing new raw materials for product development, managing documentation and evaluation of new raw materials, evaluating food ingredients, ensuring cleanliness in the R&D laboratory, conducting plant hygiene checks, and assisting in the maintenance of HACCP and Halal quality systems. Additionally, the position may involve other tasks assigned by the company as needed.
