• Specify and validate embedded firmware and sensor interfaces (IMU, pressure, temperature) for inspection tools, troubleshooting microcontroller peripheral and communication issues during bring-up.
• Reverse-engineered a commercial Ultrasonic PIG's design to inform in-house architecture decisions, and architected a reusable, modular hardware platform standardized across multiple product lines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on design reviews and technical decisions affecting hardware, firmware, and mechanical integration.

• Designed and delivered 15+ embedded and IoT systems for clients in Indonesia and the USA, with wireless connectivity (WiFi, BLE, GSM) and cloud/IoT platform integration (ThingSpeak, Firebase) as a core part of most deployments.
