Completed my YTT in the yoga capital of India and am super excited to share the joys and benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Having practiced yoga for over 3 years now and having gotten certified, has allowed me to teach my peers. This includes teaching people while travelling and offering classes to my friends and family.
I specialise in Hatha and Yin(restorative) yoga. Having also completed the Vipassana course, I am also getting more involved with meditation and love incorporating it into my yoga classes. You will have an-all rounded mind and body reset with my yoga flows that will be specially curated to your needs.
