Deesha Kadam

Deesha is a passionate and resourceful designer with a track record of producing the desired results. She is eager to gain experience in a new creative environment and continuously learn from her surroundings.

She has recently completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Design Practice with UAL & NAFA. She also completed her diploma from NAFA in 2021, where she honed her technical skills in interior design and creative skills in problem-solving and concept development. She completed her internship under an Interior & Architecture firm called WY-TO. The experience taught her the process of drawing inspiration from ordinary things and convert that into stunning yet functional designs.

EXPERIENTIAL DESIGNER INTERN @ WY-TO - July 2022 - October 2022

I gained real-life working experience during these internships. I worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects. My work involved research, client interaction, CAD and 3D Design preparation, site supervision and final presentation. The apprenticeships gave me the exposure and confidence to handle an interior design project from inception to final execution.

I have recently completed my Batchelor of Arts (Honours) in Design Practice at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts under a joint programme with The University of Arts London. In this course, I mastered the tools needed for design research and user experience development. I have worked on multiple service design projects, including a live client project. This has kindled my interest in exploring innovative user experience journeys.

I have honed my fundamental design skills in Interior and Exhibition design while pursuing my Diploma from NAFA.
