• 0peration support for SAP Procurement modules. 
• Tickets handing related to Level 1 & 2 FI (IR, SSR, CR) ensuring the quality of solutions. Conducting problem analysis and communication with user.
• Ensure service level agreement are met and escalate whenever required. Perform UAT testing and run the production environment to rectify the issue. Provide resolution/workaround to the issues and problems and to resolve the issues.
• Monitor and report any cancellation jobs
• Good knowledge on the Interface IDocs
• Co-ordinate with different teams associated with government agencies, and get approval for Business Lead and follow by AFTM. 
• Meeting SLA for the tickets assigned and update accordingly
