I am currently a full-time student at Temasek Polytechnic studying Diploma in Business. I am seeking a long-term commitment job, preferably in retail. My most valuable skills are persuasive communication and empathy.
I have had prior experience working in both the F&B and retail industries, as a barista and retail associate respectively. Through those work experiences, I have accumulated the skills required to work in the customer service industry. I enjoy greeting customers and attending to their needs.
I have graduated from Higher NITEC in Passenger Services. This course has equipped me with many relevant and valuable skills that have helped me while working in the customer service industry.
