A Software engineer with 3.5 years of working experience in the industry. Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and enjoy exploring new technologies and approaches to problem-solving.

As a lead software engineer with 3.5years of experience, my main duties include but are not limited to designing and developing chatbots capable of handling complex user queries, managing and improving system infrastructure, innovating and providing new solutions, leading and managing projects, testing and debugging chatbots, and maintaining technical documentation.

I am proficient in Python and have basic knowledge of C# and Java. Additionally, I have an intermediate level of knowledge in Cloud Engineering with a certificate on AWS Cloud Practitioner, as well as experience with Alibaba Cloud.

I graduated from the Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis program at the National University of Singapore, where I gained knowledge and skills in C#, Java, Python, mobile app development, and project management. Through this coursework, I have developed a strong foundation in programming languages and software development, as well as skills in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
