With 29 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have climbed the ranks from a junior part-time waiter to managing various restaurants and bars in 5 different hotels. In 2012, I was given the opportunity to expand my professional skills in hospital food and beverage, which led to my appointment as the front office manager in 2018.
