With 29 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have climbed the ranks from a junior part-time waiter to managing various restaurants and bars in 5 different hotels. In 2012, I was given the opportunity to expand my professional skills in hospital food and beverage, which led to my appointment as the front office manager in 2018. Over the course of my career, I have developed a deep understanding of guest service, employee management, and financial analysis, and have consistently delivered outstanding results in each role.
