- Completing, endorse all records from first inspection till final acceptance of M&E works.

- Prepare all the approval drawings of PUB license holder endorsements for attend PUB inspection for Plumbing, Sanitary and NEwater.

BIM Coordination
- Assist BIM manager for the site coordination meeting and issues.
- Responsible for the coordination and control of technical matters, quality implementation and site supervision.
- Knowledge & familiarity with the following software: Revit Architecture/ Revit Structure / Revit MEP / AutoCAD / ACC.
- Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
- Update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.
- Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.

Electrical system
Roles and Responsibilities:
- ESS, Transformer, Control Panel, DB, ELV, Electrical riser, Draw pit, Cable laying & Trucking.
- Drafting all electrical drawing such as Lighting layout plan, Power layout plan with looping and SLD.
- Supervise and Monitor the Installation of electrical & instrument equipment,
- Cable’s, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution board, control panel and Grounding System.
- Understand, interpret and work from various forms of project drawings such as
SLD wiring Diagrams, schematics etc.
- Inspect, commissioning, troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical, electronic and associated control systems and power circuits, power generating Equipment and switchgear.
- Inspect, commissioning, troubleshoot, repair and maintain emergency electrical
- Coordinate with vendors for loop check, commissioning and startup of packages Such as top side modules Power Generation, E-House, HP & LP Gas Compressors, Marine system, Water Injection, chemical injection, UPS and HVAC System. Systems such as emergency power generators, emergency switchboards, DBs and Lighting.
- Coordination with subcon and vendor of the electrical motors, panels, switchboard for spinning mills Erection, commissioning, maintenance & Trouble shooting and servicing of motors, Generators and transformers, switch board, and panel boards.
- Prepare SLD and submit to LEW endorsement.
- Conduct inspection with LED.
Fire Fighting system
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Fire alarm, Sprinkler, Hose reel, Dry riser, Wet riser, Breeching Inlet, Fire Hydrant & Fire extinguisher.
- Design Development of Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System.
- Prepare project schedule, milestone report, catalogs, and OMM submission.
- Project coordination and supervision of site installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure smooth and timely development of the project.
- Liaising with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- To assist the Project Manager on overall site works related to Fire Protection and this shall be in line with safety requirements.
- Supervision of work, liaise with sub-contractors, site supervisors, foremen and workers regarding the overall fire protection system.
- Prepare fire protection layout plan and submit to QP for endorsement.
- Arrange and attend site inspection with QP and RI for fire system.
Plumbing & Sanitary & Gas system
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Water tank, Cold & Hot water, Minor sewer system, IC, Back drop, Sump, Wash basin, Floor trap, Sink, WC, Urinary trap & NEW water.
- Providing professional work such as water and sanitary and Gas drawing, as-built drawing.
- Assist in preparing for PUB submissions and clearance when required.
- Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at the site.
- Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary & Gas installation work to meet the project schedule.
- Drafting & designing of routing for Plumbing & Sanitary & Gas services drawings in AutoCAD.
- Prepare detail design and working drawings such as schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams arrangement/layout drawings.
- Coordinate with engineering team to ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawing specification.
- Update all drawings as per site/vendor modifications for As-Built Drawings.
- Coordination of drawings with Clients / Main Contractors and updating of drawings base on Meetings and discussion and in compliance to Regulation Codes and Practices.
- Arrange site inspection with license plumber and QP.
- Arrange site inspection with PUB.
Closed-circuit television (CCTV)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supports the service team on the commissioning, preventive maintenance and testing of equipment as well as to provide continual technical support to customers.
- Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public-address and other Security & Communication systems;
- Analyze equipment failures to determine cause and recommend/take corrective actions.
- To complete all assigned jobs are completed timely and meet customers ‘specification.
- Provide support to Project Team on the implementation of new projects.
- Attend and carry out rectification works at site.
- Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hour.
- Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support.
- Provide support to projects during DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover.
