Responsible for the full set of accounts including AP, AR and GL positing till finalization of accounts
Perform accounting functions include bookkeeping, journals, bank reconciliation, tax and regulatory compliance
Prepare month end closing documents, year-end audit schedule and timely submission of Financial Reports
Maintain Fixed Asset Register and Balance Sheet Schedule
Prepare and submit payroll data to the bank
Manage cash, bank deposit and cash flow of the company
Maintain filing, scanning and documents tracking
Liaise with Auditors to coordinate the financial year end audit
Maintain accurate historical records and financial records •
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
