22++ years of global and regional banking experience spanning across retail/consumer, corporate investment and wealth management banking of which, in recent years (15++ years), I have assumed various technology and cybersecurity risk roles including driving IT disaster recovery programs, managing information security, audits (both tech and non-tech), tech governance and tech risk management including regulatory and compliance. Formative years were spent in technical, business account/people management/general IT management responsibilities managing projects and services provided by regional shared service centre and external vendor environment.
MBA (2006) from University of Birmingham with Bachelor of IT(1997) majoring in data communications from QUT. Post-MBA, I pursued and obtained a Specialist Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Singapre Polytechnic.
I hold a ISACA CISA and Vertical Institute Data Science (including AI) certificate.
