Led the planning of at least two offline events per month, with over 80 clients attending each event. The customer satisfaction rate is up to 95% and customers will share their experience on their social media platforms.
Skilled in using Excel sheets to complete various document management summaries, and client information entries. Categorize and manage client files for future search and use by various departments.

The information entry rate is 100% correct.

Managing product design for Hang Ten and Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club, including product development, production processes, quality control and logistics tracking.
In charge of the visual merchandising of the brands, through monthly shop visits to make display adjustments to achieve an attractive visual effect and to effectively guide sales staff in the way they display. Create relevant promotional posters to drive sales and marketing of the brand.
Create seasonal campaign posters for the brands, produce product pages for online sales channels including the brand website, Qoo10, Lazada, and Shopee, and graphic campaigns for social media such as EDM, Facebook posts, and Instagram stories and posts to drive sales and marketing.
Responsible for communicating with outsourcing project collaborators. Develop cooperation plans and response plans for various situations according to the needs of the collaborators. Create product purchase orders. Arranging logistics and deliveries. Key Collaborators: Universal Studios Singapore, Wildlife Reserves Singapore, CP Meiji Singapore, and Temasek Foundation.

Key Results

The product development at Hang Ten and Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club was made possible by an in-depth knowledge of the Singapore market to ensure that the products were in line with market demand. In particular, the average monthly sales rate for all shops was around 40% during COVID-19.
Developed over 100 new products for Universal Studios Singapore over the three-year partnership. Over 20 products have been repeatedly renewed, including the Million sweatshirt jacket, which was selected for purchase by Universal Studios Beijing.
Over the one-year partnership with Singapore Zoological Gardens, over 30 products were produced for the company. The development of specific masks for the Singapore Zoological Gardens during COVID-19 was highly visible.
Collaborated with the Temasek Foundation in Singapore to develop reusable masks, which were used as the second batch of government masks distributed to the public during COVID-19.
