I am currently practicing as a registered nurse in Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic since 2011 and is registered with Singapore Nursing Board. I am trained as a care manager who assesses and manages patients with dementia and various complex chronic diseases such as poorly controlled diabetes and asthma. I was attached to Oxford Health NHS United Kingdom through Singapore Nursing development program (SNDP) and is trained in providing holistic wound care management such as acute wounds and chronic diabetic-related foot amputations.

I am capable of performing basic nursing skills such as urinary catheterization and nasogastric tube insertion and is willing to accept the challenges of a nurse along with professionalism. I am a self-driven person with strong commitment to hard work.
