I am a graduate of The University of Queensland, with a Bachelor of Science, Majoring in Food Science and Nutrition. I am a passion driven individual, with 2 years of experience in R&D/NPD and 6 months in QA. My expertise in R&D includes dairy and beverage applications as well as health products.
This includes running lab scale trials, pilot plant trials with the use of UHT machines. I have also successfully spearheaded R&D products that reached commercialisation. My experience in QA includes sample management, ingredient chemical testing, as well as supporting operations on night shifts.
I was also involved in the regulations with regards to shipments of high risk products to Australia. I was the direct point of contact for permit applications.
