Inspection of parts, identify defects and sentence which repair is needed via SAP.
Conduct NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Inspection on the part to see defects internally.
Conduct Repairs on the part with different processes such as dressing Grinding, shot and Glass Bead Peening,
Vibropolishing, Moment Weighing, Thermal Spraying and Dry Film Lubricant (DFL).
Held job approvals, which must be obtained through stringent tests and interviews, in processes, namely,
Dressing Grinding, shot and glass bead peening, Vibropolishing and application of dry film lubricant (DFL).
Oversee colleagues on the jobs they are task for and train new trainees to be competent.
Stock takes and accounting on materials and doing productive maintenance, to ensure machines and equipment is in order.
