I am a dedicated and highly experienced nurse with a decade of service at SingHealth. My academic credentials include a degree in nursing and an advanced diploma in gerontology nursing, which have equipped me with a robust foundation and specialized knowledge in geriatric care. My clinical expertise encompasses the DIM inpatient ward, community nursing, and geriatric-rehab inpatient care.

In my role as a registered nurse, I go beyond routine responsibilities. I mentor junior nurses, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of care. I am committed to patient and caregiver education, effectively communicating complex medical conditions to enhance understanding and improve health outcomes. My proactive approach has led to the successful implementation of several new initiatives, adding significant value to our ward operations.

I also play a critical role in managing staffing, reviewing rosters during shortages, and ensuring seamless ward operations in the absence of my nurse clinician and manager. My leadership and organizational skills ensure that patient care remains uncompromised even in challenging situations.
