Since I graduated in 1993, I started my employment as an Executive in National Service Resort & Country Club for 4 years, thereafter I moved to various sectors as office administrator, Admin Manager and PA role. My HR journey started with the Institute of South Asian Studies in NUS as an HR Executive for 2 years. Thereafter I joined Duke-NUS Medical School for 8 years as Assistant Senior Manager.
I enjoyed working in a team work environment and progressively reviewing and streamlining the processes.
I have knowledge of SAP and Success Factor.
I joined Duke-NUS as a shared service Assistant Senior Manager managing a team of 6 direct reports. My main KPI is to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and to ensure the consistency and alignment from an end-to-end process are compliance to our SOPs and SLAs undertaken by my shared service team.
Our BAU is to prepare all the letter and data entry from Onboarding to Offboarding process and not limited to preparing recurring management reports and work pass application/ renewal.
In Aug this year, I left my 8 years service with Duke-NUS and joined NTUC Fairprice Group as an Employee Services Manager in HR Shared Services team
