My name is Garland Symonds and I have over ten years of experience as an author publishing over twenty novels while also writing Choose Your Adventure stories.
All of my stories are dialogue and action driven, in the spirit of “show, don’t tell” when writing. The best writing pulls a reader through and gives them a chance to interact with characters and the plot for an immersive experience.
I’m interested in a broad range of writing styles and genres. Nothing is off the table for me.
At the moment, I am working through an online course on writing for video games in order to hone my craft further. I am always looking to improve and build on my writing skills.
