Currently studying sport management in Higher Nitec. A outgoing person and very easygoing. Some skills that I possess are fast learner and leadership skills. I aspire to be a fitness trainer and a retail assistant, will some of the skills I possess are a fast learner and the ability to lead people in group projects. Experienced in retail, knows how to serve customers, handle their complaints and feedback, introduce the product properly and close the deal.
I have experience in retail as I have worked in Adidas and Bata before. I first started in Bata on October 2021 to December 2021. This taught me how to assist customers with questions, complaints, and returns, processing payments, and arranging merchandise on shelves and in displays. Few months later, I brought the experience over to Adidas and I started on May 2022 to April 2023.
I previously studied in Choa Chu Kang Secondary School from 2018 to 2021
I am currently studying in ITE Higher Nitec Sport Management from 2022 to 2024.
